Description
BJB TC-804 is a professional-grade, 75 Shore D rigid polyurethane casting resin that cures white and produces tough, non-brittle parts. With a fast 7–8 minute working time and 30–60 minute time to remove from mold, this system is built for fast turnaround production.
Why TC-804:

Typical Workflow:
1. Mix 1:1 by volume
2. Stir thoroughly scraping sides & bottom
3. Pour slowly into mold
4. Allow cure. Can remove parts from mold in 30–60 minutes
5. Post-cure if maximum strength & heat resistance are required
Performance Notes:
Most physical properties develop within 5–7 days at room temperature. Optional post-cure: ~2–3 hrs at room temp + 16 hrs at 160°F (71°C)
Safety: Use gloves & eye protection. Work in a ventilated area. Avoid skin contact. Read SDS prior to use.
