Description
BJB TC-808 Jet Black is a pre-pigmented, fast-curing 78D rigid polyurethane built for production mold shops, prop makers, and prototype labs. It pours thin, cures fast, and produces strong, tough black parts with a thermoplastic-like feel.

Process Notes:
Mix equal parts by weight (100:100)
Pour immediately — fast reacting system
Pressure molding recommended for critical detail
Post-Cure Option:
1–3 hr room temp + 16 hr @ 180°F (82°C) to maximize strength
Safety: Use gloves & eye protection. Work in a ventilated area. Avoid skin contact. Read SDS prior to use.
