Description

BJB TC-808 is a fast-curing, 78 Shore D rigid polyurethane designed for production casting, prototyping, FX fabrication, and part manufacturing. It cures tough with a thermoplastic-like feel and handles aggressive shop use. Performance Highlights: 2–2.25 minute working time 10–20 minute time to remove from mold (longer for thin walls) Low viscosity for clean, bubble-free detail capture Moisture-insensitive & great for stage pours Cures white and ready for painting or finishing Works For: Prototypes, functional parts, short-run production, FX props, armor, shells, figures, animatronics skins, model components, rigid hollow parts via slush/roto casting Usage: Mix ratio: 1:1 by weight or ~90A:100B by volume Mix thoroughly and pour immediately Ideal for pressure molding & fast cycle mold shops Post-Cure Option: 1–3 hr room temp + 16 hr @ 180°F (82°C) to maximize strength Safety: Use gloves & eye protection. Work in a ventilated area. Avoid skin contact. Read SDS prior to use. Note: Best for experienced casters and shops needing rapid mold turnaround.
