Dry powder pigments used for making watercolor, oil ,acrylic,encaustic, tempera paints. Used in cement and epoxy applications. The pigments are not water soluble they need to be mixed/grinded in paint medium .like arabic gum for watercolor, linseed oil for oil paint or acrylic medium for acrylic paints.
