Developed with animal-themed projects in mind, this thick, carded Corriedale sliver is perfect for felted projects and comes in colors that closely match various animal furs. Contains 8 ounces each. These carded sliver fibers are spread into a web, unlike combed top, making it quick and easy to felt. The presence of short staples, nepps and nubbs gives texture to the completed piece. While this wool is spinnable for finer yarns, we recommend our combed tops for spinning instead of this sliver fiber.
